MEET THE HEAD COACH, DARREN VEIRA

Hey, I'm Name!

I started by training for basketball — to develop the speed, strength, and agility to excel as an undersized point guard in university basketball.

I became an exceptional athlete.

 

However, I also accumulated some annoying injuries that nobody could really explain or resolve, despite consulting with various medical professionals and trainers, and exploring all of the conventional training methods.

Since then I’ve studied natural movement efficiency as it applies to all sports, and discovered that the type of performance training and physio training that athletes are most commonly exposed to are not only failing to address the issues properly, but actually contributing to the problem in a lot of cases.

From my over 20 years of practical experience and practice, I’ve developed a more holistic training approach for athletes and for anyone interested in long-term, sustainable physical performance that goes beyond “strength and conditioning” and conventional forms of fitness/exercise to engineer the body from the ground up to be both athletic and resilient over the long term.

Our training approach is based on key areas of development that other training methods often either neglect or misunderstand, including:
